Preheat crawled and nothing ever browned on top. The convection element had gone open, leaving only the fan doing anything. It bakes properly now. Four stars for the parts wait, not the work.

The cooling fan carried on for hours after we finished cooking, sometimes past midnight. A stuck thermal switch was holding that circuit closed. Replaced, and he cleared the vent above the door too.
